01 — Who we are

Who we are

ComeTogether is a technology company changing how live events are sold, promoted and experienced.

1,000,000+Tickets issued
7,000+Events
9Countries
350+Organisers

From festivals like Reworks and Pozar, to artists like Kanye West and Armin van Buuren, to venues that run every single day, cinemas, theatres, sports clubs and cultural institutions.

We are a small team based in Thessaloniki that moves fast, takes ownership and likes hard problems with visible results. Ownership is the single most important quality we hire for.

02 — The mission

The mission

Today, business development at ComeTogether is led by the founders. This role takes over a defined section of the Greek market and runs it day to day, with the founders alongside you.

You will own a defined part of the Greek market end to end: find the event organisers, get the meeting, run the demo, send the proposal, close, and hand a happy client to our customer success team. Your book will be a mix: accounts we hand over to you, the inbound leads that come through our site every week, and, mostly, event organisers you find yourself. Our name, product and references are behind you; the calls are yours.

This is where our sales team starts. We are growing fast, and the person in this seat will help build what comes next: the sales playbook, the pipeline and, over time, the team. Starting with a second hire you will help choose and lead within your first year.

03 — What you will sell

What you will sell

A ticketing platform built around one idea: maximizing revenue for the organiser and engagement for the fans.

Around the ticket we have built tools for resale, referrals, organic fan-driven promotion, upselling and audience engagement that turn ticketing from a utility into a revenue channel. On top of that a customer success team that runs the organiser's events with them.

We will not list the features here; you will see them in the first interview. What you need to know now: the product stands out, the references answer the phone, and you will never be short of things to sell.

04 — Day to day

Day to day

  • Prospect and qualify organisers across the categories you see on cometogether.live: music, theatre, cinema, festivals, sports, family and kids, arts and exhibitions, food and drink, workshops.
  • Aim for 15-20 meaningful prospect and client conversations a day across phone and email, plus several face-to-face meetings in Athens each week. Some days will be heavier on outreach, others on demos, proposals and follow-ups.
  • Run demos, build proposals from our templates, negotiate terms, close.
  • Keep HubSpot honest. Every contact, every next step, every date. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen.
  • Feed what you learn back to the product team and the founders: objections, competition insights, pricing pressure.
05 — About you

About you

  • Minimum five years in B2B sales, with a track record you can describe to us: named accounts, numbers, what you closed and how.
  • You are self-motivated. If you need someone to push you, this is not the role. We will give you targets, tools, and references; the drive is yours.
  • Disciplined. You follow up when you said you would, you log what you did, you do not need reminding.
  • Comfortable with “no”. You will hear it daily and you will keep going.
  • You can hold a room: producers, venue owners, club presidents, municipal officials. Different people, same respect.
  • Native Greek, professional English. Some of our clients and partners are abroad.
  • Based in Athens, with a driving licence. Meetings happen face to face.
06 — Bonus points

Bonus points

  • Experience in live events, ticketing, venues, sports clubs, performing arts.
  • An existing network in any of the categories above.
  • You have sold for a startup or scale-up, where the playbook was still being written.
  • You have sold a product into shops, bars or venues, managing a territory, a pipeline and clear sales targets.
07 — What we offer

What we offer

€30,000 – €40,000 base + uncapped commission

Base salary gross per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission on the revenue you bring in. Realistic first-year total earnings: €35,000 to €50,000+, with further upside for strong performance.

Equity

We want you to own a piece of what you build. This is in addition to the cash above.

Remote, based in Athens

Team days in Thessaloniki roughly once every 3 months, travel covered.

Direct access to the founders

A senior role with a real say in how we go to market.

A product that works

Customers who will advocate for the product, and a market with room to grow.

Send your CV and a short note to [email protected]. Tell us about one deal you closed that you are proud of: who the client was, what they bought, and what nearly went wrong.

Optional but noticed: send us a two-minute video, or a one-page email, selling us something you have actually sold. Any product, any price. We are not grading production quality. We are looking at whether you can make us want it.
